Pre-insulated Ductwork is advantageous in two distinct ways. One would be the material cost, by which the Ducts are self insulated and constructed with Foam. This ensures that the Ducts are easier to handle as well. The other oblivious reason is saving in costs associated with Manpower since, the overall time required to Fabricate and Install Pre-Insulated Ductwork is much lesser than the conventional GI or MS Ductwork.

Supply and Installation of Pre-insulated Ductwork for our own projects and outsourcing is one among our key business since we have Inhouse Fabrication Team who has more that 10 Years experience in the same. Our fabrication team is able to handle the most inconvenient Ductwork production with ease always.

GI Ductwork / Galvanized Iron Ductwork is generally implemented in either Exposed Areas or Hot Kitchen Applications. There are two types of joining methods for GI Ductwork which are Duct mate and S and C type joints. Usually, for small ducts, S and C joints are considered whereas Duct mate is proffered where the sizes are usually above the recommended value.

We have done plenty of projects with full HVAC scope, with the GI Ductwork mostly in the shaft of roof areas (Exposed) for Fresh Air and Exhaust Air applications with Various Gauges ranging from 24 AWG to 18 AWG. The gauges are usually selected as per the size and application of Ducts.

For Conditioned Areas / Ducts, we would apply Insulation over the ducts as per requirement / standard and these insulations are briefly categorized into:

• Rockwool Insulation
• Fibre Glass Insulation
• Rubber Foam Insulation
• Polyolefin Insulation

MS Ductworks are implemented for areas with special High Heat applications such as Hot Kitchen Exhausts or Ventilation with high volume of air. MS Ductworks are fabricated in all types of Gauges such as GI Ductwork but are more expensive and durable than the former.

In Conditioned Rooms / Ducts are insulated with typical insulations such as Rockwool / Fiberglass / Rubber foam as used for GI Ducts.

We have done Supply and Installation of MS Ductworks with various gauges for several projects with client / consultant requirements or as per site requirement for specific applications.
