Ventilation Division

We have been continuously designing and implementing Ventilation systems
with both Exhaust and Fresh Air (Treated and Untreated) for Commercial and
Domestic Kitchen Hoods. We have partnered with major companies which
offer Air Filtration solutions to offer the most viable solution for Kitchen
Exhaust filtration with upto 6 stages of Filtration.

Running the Exhaust Air through Ecology Filtration System ensures that no
particulates or smell leaves the system. Dubai Municipality currently requires all
restaurants and kitchens to install proper ecology systems for adequate
particulate filtration. The schematic diagram for the six stage type of Kitchen
Exhaust filtration is shown below.

Fresh Air / Exhaust Air Systems are incorporated into residential as well as
commercial buildings in order to ensure proper air cycling as per ventilation
requirements. Its calculation is done either based on the occupancy of the
room, purpose of use or the required Air Cycle rate.

We have successfully completed and handed over several projects which
included FAHU with and without Heat Recovery Wheel in many of our projects.
The Heat Recovery Wheel system was invented to save energy by transferring
heat from the hot Fresh Air to the expelled Exhaust Air.

In our projects, we have installed and commissioned both Chilled Water type
and DX Type FAHU’s depending on requirements. By implementing an FAHU,
with Supply and Return, we are able to control the whole ventilation
requirements for an entire building with precise control on the Supply Air
humiditiy and temperatures.
