Air Conditioning Division

We entered into mainstream Chilled Water works from 2010. Since then, we
have undertaken several projects related to both terminal FCUs, Chilled Water
Piping works, including Accessories and even Chiller Commissioning.

We provide installation of Chilled water FCU units for both small and big projects.
The FCU units are selected by the load calculations provided by the client or in house
design values. Our technical team comprises people who have received
specialized training in Centralized cooling applications.

Starting from 2006, we have undertaken several projects, minor and major which
comprised Ducted Split Air Conditioning Units including the complete Design and
Installation of Ductwork. Split system with the refrigerants R22, R410A, R407C etc.
are deployed where space and initial cost is on a budget and the client would like
to save on those aspects.

Developers usually go for Split Systems even if the Total Cooling Load of the
Building doesn’t match the minimum load required for Chiller Installation in
terms of efficiency.

Packaged AC units are typically installed in areas with high cooling demands and where maintenance access from outside the premises is preferred. Common applications include mosques, large kitchens, and storage warehouses.

These systems combine the indoor and outdoor sections of a conventional DX system into a single unit, saving space and reducing installation complexity. They are also quick to install, as no refrigerant piping is required—only placement and power connection.

A minor drawback is the need for adequate space to run supply and return ductwork, which can add to the initial installation cost.

We have successfully designed and implemented several projects using multiple packaged units of up to 46 TR capacity, including complete supply and return ducting systems.

We entered the VRF segment of the HVAC industry in 2017 and have since successfully executed numerous projects using VRF systems. VRF, or VRV as Daikin refers to it, was developed to improve energy efficiency and lower initial costs, offering performance comparable to small-scale chiller systems.

Originally invented by Daikin in 1982, VRF technology has gained strong adoption across the UAE and other GCC countries, where energy conservation is a key focus. To comply with the minimum EER standards set by Trakhees and the Green Building Regulations of Dubai Municipality, contractors are increasingly opting for high-efficiency systems — making VRF an ideal solution.

Since our inception, we have consistently carried out wall-mounted A/C installation works for both small- and large-scale projects. Wall-mounted A/C units are generally preferred over ducted split systems when the area to be cooled is relatively small or when there is no false ceiling available to conceal the units and ductwork.

Currently, we install and commission wall-mounted A/C units using R410A refrigerant only, as the installation of new R22 units is prohibited in the country.
