A. Single service / Repair works
Our Service / Maintenance wing undertakes both Minor and Major repairs required for all types of equipment’s mentioned above with component failures included. Our experienced technicians are capable of tearing down any piece of
equipment related to HVAC to bones and carry out the replacement / repair works.
B. Annual Maintenance Contracts
We take Annual Maintenance Contracts for all types of HVAC , Electrical & Plumbing systems. Most of our clients in this category are those for which we have successfully completed the installation of the particular HVAC system. The pros of Annual Maintenance Contracts is that our client would never have to worry about breakdown of the system for the particular
period.
We attend within 24 Hours to any Breakdown / Air Conditioning Issues once reported and makes sure that all the units included in the contract are checked the same day during attendance.
Another advantage to Annual Maintenance Contracts is that all the equipment’s under coverage would be maintained at equal intervals with periodic service and gas top-up to minimize unexpected breakdowns. In short, signing an Annual maintenance Contract would save all the pain and hassle so
that the benefiter would not have to look back at the equipment’s again for the term.
