About Us
Neshma is an HVAC and technical contracting company based in Fujairah, founded in January 2026 by Mr. Saji Mathai. Built on the two‑decade legacy of its parent company, Cost Air Contracting LLC (established in 2006 in Sharjah), Neshma delivers complete air conditioning and ventilation solutions for low‑rise buildings and commercial spaces across the UAE.
