Founded in January 2026 by Mr. Saji Mathai, Neshma was created with a clear vision to expand excellence in HVAC and technical contracting services throughout the UAE market, responding to the growing demand for reliable climate control and building services solutions. The company is positioned to serve both commercial and residential sectors, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and professional project execution.​

Neshma’s strength is built on nearly two decades of accumulated industry expertise inherited from its parent company, Cost Air Contracting LLC, which was established in March 2006 in Sharjah. Cost Air began as a small-scale operation undertaking warehouse office projects that included complete air conditioning and ventilation systems, gradually growing its technical capabilities and client base.​

Over the years, this foundation enabled a transition from modest warehouse-focused work to delivering comprehensive HVAC solutions for low‑rise buildings up to eight floors and beyond, including more complex and larger-scale projects. Through this evolution, the group has become recognized as a trusted provider able to handle end‑to‑end HVAC scopes—from design and installation to testing, commissioning, and ongoing technical support.​
